Recruitment Process
Batch Sourcing
Candidates are sourced in batches from active training institutes across Pan India, ensuring consistent manpower availability.
Institute Coordination
We maintain regular coordination with institute management to track batch schedules, attendance, and discipline.
Initial Screening
Preliminary screening is conducted at the institute level based on:

Minimum educational qualifications
Physical fitness and willingness to work
Interview & Assessment
Short interviews and basic skill or aptitude assessments are conducted in line with specific job requirements.
Documentation Verification
Mandatory documents are collected and verified, including:
Aadhaar Card and PAN Card
Bank account details
Recent photographs
Statutory Compliance
EPF and ESIC registrations are completed prior to deployment to ensure full statutory compliance.
Medical Fitness Check
A pre-joining medical examination is conducted to confirm fitness and work readiness.
Offer & Onboarding
Offer or appointment letters are issued, and all terms and conditions are clearly explained before joining.
Deployment
Approved batches are deployed at client locations as per operational requirements.
Ongoing Monitoring & Support
Continuous coordination with site supervisors and training institutes ensures smooth operations, along with timely replacements when required.
